Alastair is now working with cacao growers in South & Central America to support Agroforestry farming which helps to combat climate change. It has become Alastair’s passion to spread the word about cacao’s potential as a commercially viable crop that can maintain biodiversity. Can we help save the planet by eating more chocolate?
